Christina Perez

My name is Christina Perez, and I’m the Creative Director for the Coalition of Asian Pacific Americans of Virginia. Currently, I work with Inova Health Systems where I was part of the team that created the first Diversity and Inclusion committee. Our goal was to develop events, educational media, and present our objectives to executive leadership. We now have Team Member Resource Groups, including InovAsians, which seek to celebrate and educate team members about the impact and diversity within the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. Our collective efforts have been focused on creating a workplace where diversity and inclusion are embraced, and all employees feel valued and respected.
