CAPAVA Board Meeting 10/11/24

CAPAVA held a Board Meeting on 10/11/24. In the meeting, the Board Members discussed the following items:

• President Kee Jun reported CAPAVA’s involvements in multiple community events and proclamations from state and counties.
• CAPAVA will keep requesting Virginia to increase the classroom hours in the public school to mention Asian Pacific Islanders’ contributions to the US
• CAPAVA urged Asian Pacific Islanders come out to vote for the 2024 Presidential Election to have our voice heard
